About My Company

Damsel In Defense was founded in September of 2011 by two Idaho women with a passion for safety. Being moms, non-lethal self defense was their main objective. Moms will do anything to protect themselves and their kids, but guns were not an option in their homes. If there were other options made available that were just as effective in disabling an attacker and non-lethal they wanted them.

"1 in 5 women will be sexually​ assaulted in their lifetimes.

Looking at these US National Statistics of crimes against women these friends knew they needed to make them available to their friends and other safety conscious women as well.
Appreciating safety just as much as a great accessory, they set out and formed a line of safe and sassy self defense products that women could feel fashionable carrying, as well as empowered.

These products quickly received an overwhelming response in Idaho, but being busy moms of little ones they knew that they could not get this necessary product to the rest of the country on their own. In October of 2011, Damsel in Defense signed up their first Independent Damsel Pro and set a goal of reaching 100 Damsel Pros nationwide over the next six months.
By the 6 months mark Damsel in Defense had already welcomed over 500 Damsel Pros.

Today their nationwide team is over 3000 Damsel Pros strong with hundreds of new reps signing up each month.​

Our mission consists of three principles that together we feel can change the world one Damsel at a time.

Our Damsel In Defense Mission is…

EQUIPPING and giving women access to self defense products that can protect them. Most women have never held a stun gun and can’t tell you where she could find one to see, hold and purchase. We are changing that!

EMPOWERING women to protect themselves. We are hearing it from customers time and again. Having an item in your hand in that dark parking lot just makes the walk to your car feel safer. It is not a false sense of security, it's knowing that you are better off just carrying a deterrent than you were empty handed

Educating women by providing them with resources to back up their purchase with self defense training. Our relationships with our customers and our fight against the National Statistics does not end at the time of purchase.

About Me

My personal Damsel In Defense Journey:

I will never forget the day that I first heard about Damsel In Defense! I had found Damsel on an internet search, I was feeling very unfulfilled at my previous company and I wanted something MORE. I wanted to change people's lives and I wanted to be a part of something that was larger than myself!

I was drawn immediately to the products that Damsel In Defense offers, but then I learned about the mission. Damsel is so much more than what we offer at our home shows. Damsel In Defense provides security to that woman who works a third shift job and has to walk to her car alone at night, who lives alone or who travels for work. Assault is on the rise in this country, and we are here to raise awareness to these issues and also help women better prepare themselves so they can feel safe as they go about their day.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I enjoy my career as a Damsel! Sharing our mission and helping women decide which products fit their needs has been rewarding! I have also had the pleasure of introducing the Damsel In Defense opportunity to thousands of women and many have since decided to join me as I help spread the word! My team "Team Stunning Stars" is an amazing group of women from all over the country who have also fell in love with everything Damsel!

My Damsel In Defense career has also allowed me the opportunity to build a lucrative business! In just one short year, I have been able to earn a fantastic commission each month and I know that this is only the beginning! Damsel In Defense will surely be a house hold name in the direct selling world, and I would love to talk more with you about the opportunity!
