About Me

Roeshel is a Certified AFT Practitioner, a home DIY and decorating blog author and inspired Young Living user and Silver business leader. She shares DIY decorating tutorials on her blog but more importantly, she teaches that a beautiful home begins with creating a happy and healthy environment. We can do all of the pretty cosmetic renovations and fill our home with beautiful decorative accents but surrounding ourselves with positive energy and promoting emotional and overall wellness are the most important accessories. Living our best life is the most treasured “do-it-yourself” project of all.

Before blogging transformed into a full time career in 2007, Roeshel’s work history included nearly 20 years of administrative support in healthcare and especially because her family history within the past 5 years dramatically changed from no medical history of cancer to include cancer survivors (6 close family members), Roeshel possesses an interest in health, healing and natural approaches which led her to Young Living and the Aroma Freedom Technique. Roeshel is passionate about promoting wellness from the inside out, developing an attitude for gratitude, raising awareness for chemical free living, healthy choices, non-toxic natural Young Living products and a healthy lifestyle along with empowering others to achieve their goals.
