About Me
As a mom, mychildren and family are the most important priority in my life. My children are the reason I became interested in getting fit and healthy in the first place, I knew that to be the mom I wanted to be to my children- I needed to be the best version of myself and that meant making some lifestyle changes. Unlike Ryan I didn't have much weight to lose but my problem was that I was EXHAUSTED! Like many mamas I know...I was very busy chasing my two crazy toddlers around and working full time. I was trying to keep up with exercising and eating "healthy" but most of the time struggling to find the time and energy to plan ahead and meal prep consistently. I lost about 15lbs and then was surprised when I applied what I had learned about nutrition and exercise and gained another 10lbs of lean muscle mass! Most importantly- I got my ENERGY back again! I am able to keep up with my active family and will be forever grateful for this amazing nutrition and the gift it has been to us!
