I changed everything. Today, (July 2016) I am living that sustainable life that felt so out of reach almost two years ago. My life is balanced. I am off of all medication, and I am down TEN sizes. I have the strength and energy I need to help my family and friends in any way I need to - from everyday interactions to emergencies. I am able to live my life with health and happiness.
